Location: Victoria, BC
Hours: Part-time to start (Monday availability is essential)
Wage: $25/hour to start, with a pay increase after 3 months
Start Date: September 2025

Do you love food, enjoy getting creative in the kitchen, and want to bring your passion for nutrition to the community? The Nom Nutrition is looking for a reliable and motivated Meal Prep Assistant to help bring our nourishing meals to life.

We’re a small but mighty local business on a mission to make nutrition easier, more joyful, and accessible—with a customized touch. 

Who You Are:

  • Experienced in a professional kitchen setting (meal prep or line cook experience is a big asset)

  • Have a valid driver’s license and own vehicle

  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a small team

  • Detail-oriented and reliable, with a solid work ethic

  • Hold Food Safe Level 1 certification (or willing to obtain)

  • Available Mondays and open to growing into more hours over time

  • Background in holistic nutrition or interest in health and wellness in an asset

Your Role Will Include:

  • Assisting with prepping and cooking of personalized meals for ongoing clients

  • Collaborate to create personalized menus for clients based on their health goals and dietary preferences

  • Packaging and labeling meals with accuracy

  •  Delivering meals and running errands around Greater Victoria

  • Maintaining a clean, organized, and food-safe work environment
